Create a Maventa account using the Maventa user guide.
Create users to your Maventa account.
Check your company settings in your Maventa account. Remember to uncheck "receive invoices to Maventa" if you do not yet wish to use the Maventa account for receiving e-invoices.
Send to PlanMill your Software key as well as your company and user api -keys from the Maventa account and order the activation of Maventa sending.
Activate the bank network e-invoice sending (separate pricing) if you need to send e-invoices to your customers with e-invoice accounts in banks.
Check that all customer information is correctly saved to PlanMill (specially Account /Settings).
Check that your logo is black and white and fits the Maventa standard.
Start invoicing with a couple of invoices. Invoices will be sent through Maventa after the service is activated in PlanMill and when the invoices are confirmed.
1.2 PlanMill Connector for Heeros Venda
Easy electronic delivery of invoices and accounts receivable. Create invoices in PlanMill and transfer them automatically to Venda with PlanMill Connector for Heeros Venda. You can then use Venda and other systems by Heeros for sending your invoices to customer and sending invoices to other financial software. Heeros Venda allows you to create and send sales invoices electronically.
The solution allows the transfer of data to accounts receivable reliably with no hassle. Heeros Venda takes care of sending invoices to customer and transfering of the accounting data (voucher lines) of each invoice to accounts receivable. Automation makes your work process efficient and reduces the number of errors.
1.3 PlanMill Connector for Nova (Visma Oy)
Transfer invoices from PlanMill to Visma Nova accounts receivable. PlanMill Connector for Nova with its scalable and comprehensive features is suitable for growing and big companies to help automate routine tasks. It enables transferring of invoices created in PlanMill to Visma Nova accounts receivable. The connector is based on a text file, which contains basic information of invoices between a given start and finish date.

New categories (2) - Open revenue items & invoiced items
Sales order internal comment is shown in Project space/Revenue list view and summary and Finance Control/list view and draft invoice summary. This enables persons in charge of invoicing to see special details for that particular order.
Link to Invoice appendix-file (attachment with hour, expense, and purchase details) added to e-invoices. Previously, only a link to the actual invoice file is delivered. Your customers can now view a link to your invoice appendix from their financial software and see the appendix in pdf form from PlanMill. The link is secured and does not require login.
General user interface enhancements
"Save" and "Save as new" tools have been changed to "Save and notify" and "Save as new and notify" when a user writes an email notification after editing a form
"New item" tool is moved next to the item category when creating a new invoice, sales order, contract or expense items from summary pages
If compulsory fields are not filled in, they will show red after the user has tried to save the form
Previously, when clicking on a groub tab, the user needs to click twice to open the first tab (e.g. Projects / Projects). The first tab now opens automatically, when clicking a group tab
Each cell in list views can now be styled with CSS.
Enhanced security for Using links to PlanMill reports outside PlanMill without requiring the user to log in.
Enhanced monitoring of problems in connectors and other activities for our service desk.
Improved importing of data when customized fields are used
Existing data can now be checked so that double Accounts and others are not created when importing. (see administration user guide for creating new imports)
Bug fix to My workspace/Useful links/Add new link (opened only a blank page)
Certain database queries (UPDATE, DELETE) did not check if a user had rights to perform the action on database level (the account is restricted).
