1. New features

 

  • Sending invoices (PDF) by email.   Confirmed invoices can now be delivered automatically by email as a PDF file to one or multiple recipients, if the invoice channel is selected as one of the following. Before starting to use this feature, please look at the instructions for setting up email invoicing: Email your invoices automatically.

  • Absence & saved leave.   New absence type option "Saved leave" has been added to the absence form. This option can be used for companies whose labor agreements require transferring vacation days of their employees to next years vacation.

 

2. Other improvements

 

  • Requests list view: "Performer" filter in request list show only requests where the selected performer is an active performer.

 

  • Terminology change in Requests list view: filter option "All requests created by PlanMill" has been renamed to "All requests created by email capture"

 

  • Requests list view: New "View by" filter options has been added as follows
    • My closed requests
    • All requests created by me
    • All requests created by me - this week
    • All requests created by me - last week

 

3. Browser compatibility

 

  • Support for MS Internet Explorer (IE) 7.0 will end in 31.5.2013.
