Emails addressed to several teams in the organisation—whether sales, support, info, or feedback— need to be accessed anytime and by anyone in customer care. Direct all emails to one common location for everybody to access, view, and monitor actions based on customer requests. Sending and receiving processes are automated because the key data that gets an automated identity number is generated from other PlanMill modules such as Projects and Requests

Monitor actions in real-time based on email requests
Direct all correspondence  to a specific request or issue ticket. When customers or prospects contact the company through various email channels, the system sends them to a certain address where they are stored and accessed anytime. All messages related to the customer request are viewed by everyone and not just on one person’s Inbox.

Pre-filled request forms are generated from emails. Share, assign, and follow-up the task/request to selected persons or teams for action! Members of teams can carefully monitor request status—whether for example Received, In Progress, or Completed.

PlanMill PSA can also send auto-reply; using the appropriate options, sending the solution(s) to contacts can be done as auto-response.
