Nitro FX Ltd has chosen PlanMill's web-based PSA SaaS solution (Professional Services Automation) to support its growing international business. The real-time service (SaaS) will provide for all Nitro's offices in Finland, Latvia and Estonia. With the new PSA solution, Nitro enhances its processes involving customer relations, control of personnel, projects and also key financial processes like billing. The new PSA solution replaces Nitro's self-developed Excel-based systems.
